Buying computers is easy; choosing the right configuration for the work and the budget is the hard part. SHINE Group asks first: what the computers are for, how many people will use them, which software they need to run — and only then recommends computers, peripherals, and the software to go with them.
We sell wholesale to resellers and stores that need volume, and retail to businesses buying for their own use. When you also need setup, maintenance, or custom software, SHINE Group's other business lines pick up from there — you do not have to find another supplier and explain everything again from the start.
Off-the-shelf software handles the work every business has in common. The work that is specific to yours — how jobs come in, how they are approved, how they are reported — usually calls for software written around that exact process. SHINE Group reviews how you work today and agrees on the scope with you before designing and programming anything, then builds in phases so you can try the software and give feedback early.
The infrastructure comes with it: consulting, deployment, and operation of computer systems, plus data processing and storage. Because one company handles both the equipment and the software, the two are planned to fit each other from the proposal stage.
Equipment is bought for long-term use. SHINE Group repairs and maintains computers, information and communication equipment, audio-visual equipment, electrical and electronic equipment, and machinery. We inspect first and tell you the condition and the cost; the repair starts only after you agree.
When you need equipment only for a limited time — a short project, a peak season, the wait for new machines to arrive — you can rent instead of buying outright. Equipment is rented without operators; the rental period and conditions are set out in the contract.

FAQ
Just one. Contact SHINE Group once and describe your overall need; we assign one person in charge to coordinate the business lines involved, then send you one proposal and one consolidated quote. Throughout the job, that person remains the only one you need to talk to.
You do not need a large order, or a job that spans several business lines, to work with us. SHINE Group's scope of business includes retail sales and one-time repairs, so go ahead and send your request. For a small job the steps are simpler, but you still get a quote before any work starts; if it is a job we cannot take on yet, we tell you clearly right away.
Once your needs are clear, SHINE Group sends a quote that lists each item separately: equipment, software, labor, and related services. You can remove or change items before you confirm. Work that comes up outside the confirmed scope is quoted separately and done only with your approval.
We start by reviewing your process and writing down the scope and the features required. Once both sides agree, the software is built in phases, each with a trial version for your feedback. Time and cost depend on the scope, so we can quote them only after the review; rights to the source code and support after handover are set out in the contract.
Equipment is covered by warranty under the manufacturer's policy and the terms of the contract. The warranty period and conditions for each product are stated on the quote or in the contract, so you can review them before you decide to buy.
Our head office is in Ho Chi Minh City. Discussions, advice, quotes, and much of the software work can be done remotely. For work that requires being on site, such as delivery, setup, or repair, tell us where and we will give you a specific answer: yes, or not yet.
